Hey man! Getting involved with social services is a pain in de neck but you have to do it or they won’t pay you. Best thing is to get a job pronto!!! How about call centre work?? There must be jobs in that sector, especially in your area.
Good luck and KEEP YOUR CHIN UP!!!!

I should use twitter and other social networks to promote your wordpress themes. Go to twitter and search for “blogging” or “first blog” or “wordpress” or something. You might find people who are just starting out with blogging, you could give them some advice, target wordpress users specifically. It’s a lot of work and it’s free, just spend 20 minutes twice a day doing that. Make sure you stay tuned to answer questions about wordpress & blogging. Maybe even open up a separate twitter channel…

Don’t ever, never, ever try to “sell” your themes trough something like twitter. You can advise them on your themes if they ask you about it but don’t spam them. If you give people valuable advice and help them out hey’ll check out your shop eventually. Make sure your theme shop is displayed as the url on your twitter profile!!!

Did you just call WordPress a Content Management System? :O
Even though it can be used as a CMS, kinda, it definitely is not a CMS.
Anyways, good luck with selling some themes and ofcourse with the whole socials ervices thingy!

PS: There are probably a lot of websites out there that sell WP themes and I guess some of them also offer you the opportunity to offer your themes on their site aswell.
Maybe that’s an option?
