How to use Artisteer to make a WordPress Theme
Artisteer is a software that can make wordpress themes with ease, in this video i will show you just how easy it is to use. Their are two ways to make a theme with this software, the first is to let the software pick at random – this is called the ideas section. The second is to fully customise your theme from start to finish, If you would like to create an individual looking theme then this software will be a winner, the only downside to artisteer is its not free, but their is a free trial so you can try before you buy. This video tutorial i have created will give you an understanding of the software and the possibilities. This software can also create themes for the following formats, Joomla templates, Drupal themes, WordPress themes, DotNetNuke skins, and Blogger templates

You then need to go to your wordpress site and upload the file!

do you have to have a blog on wordpress that your pay for to have the feature to upload a theme? or can you upload a theme from your computer to your wordpress on a free blog?

You cant upload themes to a free wordpress site, it can only be done if you pay for your own domain and hosting.
