FileZilla is just an FTP client for Windows. I don’t use Macs personally, but if you search google for ‘Mac FTP’ you should find an equivalent program, and once installed, the process should be the same.

I would pay to have someone explain this in non-techie terms. First of all, how does one “make a connection to your blog”, i.e. your WP blog?
A lot of this is assumed that the average user knows but we don’t want to consumed with this, we just want to get the blog to a level in which we can post.
    Thanks
